But from what I've gathered, the new theater will be located in the old Food City building in Norton, correct?

Did the article contain anything about making any structural changes to the building? If not, it will be a pretty crappy venue. Screens will be smaller than what you can get at Best Buy.

As I said earlier, all you have to do is look at Marquee in Kingsport to see what happens when you shoehorn something into a location that was designed for a different use. The theaters at Marquee are too small and cramped, seating is uncomfortable. Then look at Tinseltown.
